Your responsibilities

Supporting the Lead Buyers (m/f/d) in handling material groups at group level
Developing material group strategies and identifying potential
Taking on sub-projects within material group processing
Designing and implementing measures and actions to realize potential in cross-functional teams
Preparing and conducting contract and price negotiations with corporate suppliers (m/f/d)
Analyzing data to determine key figures, monitor material groups, and make decisions
Monitoring developments in the procurement market and acting as a qualified contact person (m/f/d) for our locations (national or international)
Continuously optimizing our procurement processes

Bring your strengths:
Your qualifications

Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable degree program
Several years of experience in purchasing, material group management, or supply chain management
Strong analytical skills and a high level of technical affinity
Teamwork, initiative, and persuasiveness
Confident demeanor, independent work style, and negotiation skills
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
