    What does our Leadership Development Program entail?

    The Car Care Leadership Development program is crafted to offer aspiring leaders the groundwork and direction to operate, lead, and optimize a Car Care center. Team Members will undergo training with influential leaders in various Car Care locations, ensuring thorough understanding of all Car Care processes and functions.

    What can you anticipate from this program?

    • Acquire skills to lead and oversee various areas to guarantee maximum success as a Facility Manager, Assistant Facility Manager, or Service Advisor:
    • Guide and assist in the customer service and sales process, encompassing but not limited to: customer service, sales, drafting and revising repair orders, digital vehicle inspections
    • Complete operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the Car Care location (e.g., payroll, expense control, shop efficiencies)
    • Evaluate financial and sales performance reports and profit/loss statements; implement actionable solutions to achieve performance results within key performance indicators
    • Supervise and uphold company inventory standards
    • Enhance staff performance through continual training, coaching, feedback, and acknowledgment
    • Lead employees to meet productivity, quality, and customer service standards
    • Record performance issues following company policies and procedures
    • Develop staff schedules ensuring adequate coverage to meet member/customer service and repair demands
    • Collaborate with Area/Regional Manager to recruit, interview, select, and hire suitable staff to satisfy business needs
    • Work alongside Area/Regional Manager to handle and communicate compensation changes, promotions, demotions, and termination decisions accurately
    • Maintain top-notch customer service scores by promptly addressing customer complaints, focusing on resolutions, and aiding members/customers
    • Actively identify member/customer needs across all business lines; introduce members to other departments
    • Promote safety and ensure Car Care branch complies with established safety protocols
    • Conduct inquiries for safety incidents; collaborate with Safety Manager to identify opportunities for correction or enhancement

    This position is salaried, non-exempt (eligible for overtime pay).

    Competitive pay range starting at $50, rate based on experience and actual hours worked).

    We prioritize work-life equilibrium

    • Closed on Sundays
    • Shorter workdays compared to competitors (we shut at 6 p.m.)
    • Weekdays entail shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
    • Saturdays are scheduled from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
    • Closed on major holidays

    We are seeking candidates who:

    • Required Qualifications:
    • Hold a High School diploma, GED, or Technical school certification
    • Possess a valid driver's license
    • Have 6 months or more of relevant customer service or sales experience
    • Knowledge & Skills:
    • Demonstrate a results-focused bias for action
    • Analyze financial information to assess strategic opportunities and options
    • Manage effective teams and partnerships
    • Collaborate well with individuals and groups to accomplish common goals
    • Offer objective review of facts and options to make logical business decisions; forward-thinking with organizational goals in mind
    • Display keenness and agility in understanding business risks and opportunities
    • Achieve goals through effective and apt interaction with leaders, peers, employees, partners, and contacts
    • Learn procedures and processes, enhance skills to pave the way for future placement in Service Advisor, Assistant Facility Manager, or Facility Manager roles based on availability and current team member capabilities.
    • Capable of functioning effectively in a bustling environment, interacting with individuals, and managing challenging situations
    • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Hold a Bachelor's degree
    • Work Environment
    • May encounter intermittent loud noises and odors at the workshop
    • This role involves standing, walking, and standard physical mobility, including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and carrying automotive parts and equipment (averaging up to approximately 80 pounds in weight)
    • Must possess tools suitable for their skill level for use in the center
    • Able to work in warm environments, considering that certain locations lack air conditioning. Fans are placed in all facilities
    • Must sustain working on their feet in a concrete facility throughout the work shift
