Allegiance Crane & Equipment isseeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team in the Corpus Christi location.The Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimizing operational activities related to crane operations, maintenance, and logistics.
We are a growing business in the crane rental industry and are looking for strong team players that are self-motivated to succeed We offer a strong work environment & team culture Our team members enjoy a very competitive benefits package including top-rate pay, medical, dental, vision, 401K w/company match, vacation, and moreResponsibilities:Work closely with dispatch to coordinate daily crane operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring crane activities to ensure timely and efficient service.
Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Collaborate with sales team and billing department to coordinate crane rentals, contracts, and billing processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations coordination, preferably in the crane industry or a related field.
Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role.
Experience with Visual Dispatch and FCC (Fleet Cost & Care) preferred.
Strong understanding of crane operations, equipment, and safety regulations preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
