Description
We are looking for a commercial specialist, ideally with a background in real estate, for a full-time position (part-time possible) at our office in Hof/Saale.
Your main responsibilities will include managing properties in our real estate portfolio, with a focus on administration and accounting for residential properties.

Your tasks:
- Preparing, creating, and reviewing operating cost statements for residential and commercial properties
- Managing and arranging financial transactions, processing direct debit payments
- Conducting homeowner association fee statements and managing payment reminders for late payments
- Managing checking, fixed deposit, and savings accounts
- Initiating and creating heating cost statements
- Creating financial plans according to the Condominium Act
- Attending homeowner association meetings and handling follow-up tasks
- Corresponding with property owners and tenants
- Collaborating with metering service providers
- Handling complaints and disruptions
- Preparing and arranging orders for homeowner associations
