Your responsibilities as a Technical Clerk - Spare Parts (m/f/d) include:
- Preparing and drafting technical and commercial offers according to specifications
- Reviewing offer requests for technical and commercial feasibility
- Creating request specifications for suppliers
- Reviewing and negotiating supplier offers
- Price calculation according to specifications
- Sales support in creating spare parts recommendations
- Order processing, creating order confirmations and parts lists
- Order documentation
- Initiating orders
- Maintaining the ERP system
- Tracking deadlines
- Customer relations management
- Handling complaints
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training with a strong technical interest or technical training with a strong interest in commercial issues
- Proficient in using an ERP system, DMS, and Microsoft Office
- Strong cost awareness
- Excellent technical understanding
- High level of responsibility and commitment
