Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Director of Housekeeping to oversee our housekeeping operations. As the Housekeeping Director, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout our facility. Your attention to detail and exceptional leadership skills will ensure that our residents have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Duties:

Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Develop and implement cleaning procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness
Ensure that all residents' rooms, public areas, and backofhouse spaces are cleaned and maintained according to established standards
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill residents' requests and ensure timely completion of tasks
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any maintenance or repair needs
Handle residents' complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services in a professional and timely manner
Maintain a safe working environment for staff by enforcing safety guidelines and protocols

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, including custodial and industrial cleaning techniques
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels of the organization
Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
Able to work on Weekends/ Evenings

We offer competitive pay based on experience.

Pay:
$50, $55,000.00 per year

Benefits:
