ERP system proAlpha to support our IT department in

Your responsibilities:

Creation of system and process concepts for the further development of existing IT infrastructures
Analysis of company processes based on user or company requirements
Definition of technical IT requirements and integration of existing IT infrastructures with new hardware/software systems
Coordination with external partners for continuous process optimization
Implementation of measures for networking resources, information, IT systems, and human/machine interfaces in collaboration with internal departments
Administration, maintenance, and configuration of software systems (rights management, update management, interfaces) with other subsystems such as tablets, smartphones, AI applications, sensors,
