The Maintenance and Reliability Engineering Team (RME Team) at Zoar is essential to our operations, ensuring that our technical systems and equipment are continuously functioning.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our material handling and building systems, as well as production equipment.

You will help maintain the highest safety standards and prevent machine downtime. Our technical team ensures high availability of our equipment and improves the quality of our devices.

Key job responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on a wide variety of equipment at our locations
Conduct repairs and diagnose issues
Utilize the latest tools to maximize equipment effectiveness
Adhere to all safety policies and practices
Support the development and professional growth of apprentices at the site
Work on projects for continuous improvement and implementation of best practices at various EU locations

A day in the life

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be on-site at one of our logistics centers, ready to quickly respond to technical issues.

You will perform a range of planned preventive maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure safe operation. Additionally, you will promptly respond to and investigate any malfunctions or failures.

You will identify the root cause and implement solutions as quickly as possible, as well as make suggestions for long-term improvements.

In collaboration with senior colleagues, you will handle daily maintenance tasks and communicate with service providers if external expertise is needed.
