    Sports Medicine Territory Manager (Baltimore, MD)

    Job Description:

    • Be a product consultant in the Sports Medicine product line, specializing in soft tissue injury repair and degenerative conditions.
    • Convince physicians/accounts by conducting sales calls and providing clinical coverage in the operating room.
    • Train surgeons on Smith+Nephew products in your territory.
    • Collaborate with key orthopedic surgeons, hospital staff, and clinicians to increase product awareness and adoption.
    • Develop a territory business plan to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.

    Successful Candidates Will Have:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • 4-6 years of direct sales experience with 2-4 years in the medical device industry.
    • Experience selling technology and capital products to various stakeholders in hospitals.
    • Proven track record of sales success at the surgeon or hospital level.
    • Experience mentoring team members and new sales reps.

    Travel Requirements:
    Travel within the designated territory, with occasional overnight stays and national travel for events.
