We are looking for a numbers-oriented and experienced Accountant (m/f/d) with leadership responsibility for a family-owned Hamburg-based security technology company. This is a direct recruitment opportunity.

These are your tasks as an Accountant (m/f/d)

  • Leading a team of 4 and overall responsibility for controlling the preparatory financial and payroll accounting
  • Preparing and evaluating monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB, as well as processing other evaluations and statistics
  • Optimizing and digitalizing processes and collaborating with adjacent departments
  • Conducting payment management and liquidity planning

What you bring to the position of Accountant (m/f/d)

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship in the banking and finance sector and have several years of professional experience in finance, preferably with initial leadership experience.
  • You have a solution-oriented approach and are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • You are open-minded, communicative, and socially competent.
