In Rock Creek, OH, approximately 20 lawyers work for our client, providing legal advice to clients of various legal forms and sizes in their day-to-day operations.

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Senior Associate (m/f) with a focus on tax law for our Rock Creek office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advising (inter)national clients on taxrelated matters and accompanying tax proceedings
  • Providing tax advice for private equity and M&A transactions
  • Handling financing and capital market transactions
  • Consulting on national and international corporate tax law

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed degree in law
  • Ideally 36 years of professional experience
  • Excellent German and English skills, additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and strong team player
