    Department: Depository Operations

    Supvisor: VP, Digital Banking Officer

    FLSA Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt

    Salary: $57,900 to $68,640 a year. Exact compensation may vary based on experience, skills, knowledge, and education.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Digital Banking Service Specialist is a key member of the team in building and expanding on client relationship by delivering strong digital banking and treasury management services.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLITIES

    This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    (Duties not limited to those provided here):

    • Maintain effective delivery channels for digital banking products and services to meet client needs by collaborating closely with digital vendors, deposit operations team, and across departments.
    • Support Relationship Managers by completing set up documentation for various Treasury Management products and services.
    • Perform client system setup and training on multiple platforms and systems.
    • Work closely with the Bank's commercial clients in a professional and responsive manner to meet the client's needs.
    • Research and solve complex issues related to digital banking or escalates as necessary.
    • Knowledge of bank operations including but not limited to Business Online Banking, Remote Deposit, ACH, and other services.
    • Considerable knowledge of business principles and practices, and federal/state statutory and regulatory requirements related to banking.
    • Keep department procedures updated when changes occur and make recommendation for improvements.
    • Follow all Bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies, services, and operational trends.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in business-related discipline.
    • At least 3 or more years in banking experience required, preferably in Banking Operations/Treasury Management/ACH operations.
    • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
    • Proven accuracy, thoroughness, and ensure quality of work.
    • Capacity to write clearly and informatively in various writing styles to meet needs.
    • Ability to speak clearly and respectfully in positive or negative situations.
    • Works with integrity and ethically and consistently upholds organizational values.
    • Fluency in a second language is preferred but not required.
