    We're looking for a

    Corporate Solutions Inbound Marketing Manager

    to help scale our Corporate Solutions business, the fastest-growing area of ezCater. You will build and shape the direction of inbound marketing for Corporate Solutions Marketing.

    You'll work closely with our demand sales and cross-functional marketing teams to drive qualified inbound pipeline with the goal of growing new business for ezCater's Corporate Solutions.


    What You'll Do:
    Mature/Develop existing marketing channels like paid media, SEM, email, and website conversion rate optimization to build our acquisition pipeline, working with cross-functional teams across marketing and sales
    Roll your sleeves up to build, implement, and optimize an inbound marketing program as an independent contributor, with the goal of growing the function and team in the future
    Identify and test new channels to build pipeline
    Collaborate with our marketing team to build awareness of, and drive demand for our corporate solutions
    Build, implement, and measure an inbound digital marketing strategy to drive MQLs by identifying the right target audience and channel mix, supported by customer insights, product marketing, and by referring to past B2B strategies and tactics that you've succeeded with
    Partner with our content and creative teams to create messaging that attracts and converts buyers across the inbound funnel, using email and marketing automation to serve content to the right audience at the right time
    Partner with product marketing to build and execute marketing strategies targeted at acquisition across key verticals. Create and improve marketing collateral and landing pages to support sales efforts
    Own and expand reporting dashboards. Understand what's driving our growth and identify paths to scale efficiently
    Lead a team of senior associate level marketers in the future

    What You Have :
    5+ years of experience in marketing, with success building and scaling B2B inbound marketing programs
    Experience and comfort running programs across the full marketing stack
    A track record of partnering with sales teams to drive measurable results
    Hands on experience managing B2B paid media campaigns, with a focus on scaling Paid Search and Paid Social channels efficiently
    A track record of building and managing programs that deliver inbound pipeline and qualified opportunities to sales
    A healthy amount of customer empathy and the ability to understand (and explain to others) the unique roles and motivations in our B2B buying process
    Equal parts creativity and technical prowess. Be fluent enough to do the basics yourself, and articulate enough to communicate what you need to the experts on our creative and analytics teams
    A "figure it out" mentality that drives you to take ownership in the face of ambiguity. You're not afraid to fail and do better the next time
    3+ years experience leading a team of senior associate level marketers preferred

    The national cash compensation range for this role is $95,000 - $127,000
    *Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
