    Description

    Seeking experienced Chief Financial Officer Consultants for clients in the Northeast Wayne Country, MI area to be engaged on an interim basis.

    As a Chief Financial Officer Consultant, specific roles with clients and position responsibilities will vary from engagement to engagement. For individuals with correlating experience, please reply to this Chief Financial Officer Consultant posting.


    Objectives/Responsibilities May Include:


    Create, develop and implement strategic growth plans and initiativesResearch revenue opportunities and economic trends, including analysis of internal operations, while identifying areas for cost reduction and process enhancementPerform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiativesWork cross-functionally to efficiently develop company budgets and forecasts, provide access to project finance information, and provide oversight of risk compliance and reportingMonitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholdersCreate and implement KPIs across the organization as appropriateManage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entitiesOversight of HR operations including payroll, benefits, recruitment, and internal staffingExperience creating and cultivating a collaborative environment, fostering a high-performance culture through, coaching, training and developmentOther duties as assignedRequirements/Qualifications/Preferred SkillFive or more years of experience in executive leadership rolesBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field requiredMaster's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field highly preferredCPA, CMA or CGMA certification a plusExperience adhering to GAAP required; IFRS experience desired.

    Prior P&L ownership experience and experience with mergers and acquisitions, as well as investor relations preferred
