- Works with ACA Innovation team to explore test and evaluate new EV related solutions for consumers and owns the scaling process for efforts that demonstrate promise
- Leads the EV stakeholder group across AAA Club Alliance
- Works with ACA Content, Brand and Publications to create, secure and recommend consumer facing content that positions ACA as an expert in the EV field
- Provides educational materials to ACA Associates in an effort to help them stay abreast of how EVs will impact all aspects of ACA's business
- Collaborates with new business development to identify where EV solutions intersect with other emerging and adjacent spaces for ACA
- Fosters/establishes inter-Club best practice sharing on the advancement of EV activity
- Prepares/produces quarterly market analysis to report on trends in the EV space impacting AAA business
- Manages the successful research, development and deployment of EV programs that support ACA's EV strategy
- Responsible for managing cost, schedule, success measures and overall progress of EV programs, creating monthly reports detailing results
- Reviews and influence bids/proposals for major opportunities to ensure proposed solutions meet requirements for feasibility of implementation and profitability
- Performs risk/issue assessment, tracking, resolution and escalation to ensure new programs progress according to plan
- Represents Club in negotiations to achieve contracts that minimize contractual risk
- Develops, maintains and manages mutually beneficial business relationships with ACA EV stakeholders including collaborating with business units such as insurance and car care to ensure a cohesive execution of ACA's EV strategy
- Collaborates with senior level business and technical resources to ensure that the strategy, planning and delivery approach achieves the desired end result.
- Synthesizes complex or diverse information; collects and researches data; uses intuition and experience to complement data; designs work flows and procedures in conjunction with stakeholders.
- Develops annual budgets for programs and on a continuous basis, analyzes budget and technical reports; interprets and evaluates staff reports; observes performance and provides feedback to management; solves division related issues; keeps abreast of laws, regulations and codes; explains and interprets policy.
- Implements programs that meet the needs of the business line.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, Program Management or like field
- 5+ years' applicable experience
- 3+ years of product development or program management experience preferably in the automotive engineering industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of automotive engineering and program/product ecosystem specific to EVs
- Demonstrated program management skills with excellent problem solving abilities & a track record of exceeding program targets
- Demonstrates bias toward action with an ability to build consensus, generate support and influence decision-making
- Comfortable with ambiguity and leans into a test and learn environment
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently, as well as, in a team setting
- Ability to use independent judgment and work in a challenging business environment with significant unknowns
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to communicate technical processes to non-technical people
- Excellent presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work across a variety of departments, as well as interface with technologies and clients
- Strong relationship management, collaborating and influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to comprehend and explain financial data
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and business line technologies including MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
