The Work You Will Do:

The Benefits Progam Supervisor/Analyst is a member of the RA Adjudication team of the Division of Workforce Services.

The person in this position will be responsible for providing instructions to staff and taking necessary actions to assist in performing job duties.

The performance of these functions and their coordination is required for consistency and efficiency of operations.

This is professional work requiring not only extensive knowledge of the Reemployment Assistance law, rules, policies, and procedures, but also the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments and work cooperatively with others.


The person in this position will work independently and be responsible for identifying and analyzing complex problems; developing, recommending and implementing solutions to resolve problems; providing instructions; and taking necessary actions in resolving problems; advising management of problems and/or policy concerns related to program and operational functions.
