    Job DescriptionDescriptionDescription:
    A Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data into computer systems and databases. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    Key Responsibilities
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Enter and update data into computer systems and databases with speed and accuracy.
    • Verify accuracy of data input and correct any errors or discrepancies.
    • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files according to company procedures.
    • Generate reports and retrieve data as needed for analysis and reporting purposes.
    • Assist with data cleanup and quality assurance tasks as directed by management.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data security policies.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    Required Skills & Abilities:
    • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; associate's degree or vocational training in data entry or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in data entry or administrative role preferred.
    • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
