Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Entry Clerk with advanced knowledge within Microsoft Excel.

Success in this position will require meticulous organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to keep a large number of projects/tasks going concurrently.

Daily tasks include (and certainly are not limited to):

Organizing Data within Excel sheet, typically for uploading into other platforms.
Working with product information and/or order information.
Working within our CRM-ERP system NetSuite, as well as various backends of online storefronts.
Other tasks could involve other administrativetype tasks, as we are a small firm, and employees are expected to wear multiple "hats".

Qualifications:

At least 2 year's experience in a professional office environment preferred.
Able to commute to our Fountain Valley and Santa Ana locations.
Some college coursework required.
Previous use of Excel is required. Note an assessment may be given to determine knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

$ $24.00 per hour
