The Schwarz IT is responsible for the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies within the Schwarz Group. This includes the selection, provision, operation, and further development of IT infrastructures, IT platforms, and business applications. In order to support the departments in their business processes with optimal IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers the requirements of the departments in consultation meetings and works together with them to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.

Your tasks

We are looking for new colleagues who are eager to drive our digitalization forward. This includes developing software solutions for process optimization of our PreZero services, as well as our products for Lidl and Kaufland: for example, digital flyers, digital coupon services, inventory management systems, and a new career portal.

Personal contact and exchange at our location in Heilbronn is an important element of our collaboration and a central meeting point in our work environment. At the same time, we offer the benefits of flexible working methods and enable remote work for up to five days per week. We also take the opportunity to meet in person as a team twice a month.
