    One of the most dynamic, successful and fastest growing building materials manufacturers is seeking a Director of Operations to lead 5+ high performing plants. They will develop and drive the strategy and manage all aspects of a high performing manufacturer of high-quality products.

    · Direct Plant Managers to improve productivity, safety, employee engagement/retention,

    profitability and customer satisfaction

    · 5+ years Manufacturing, Operations senior management experience
