Join us in shaping your professional future, as we are currently seeking a
Betreuungsassistentin (m/w/d) (care assistant) for our Wilhelm-Kauermann-Seniorenzentrum in Castrop-Rauxel, New Baltimore, VA.

This is a part-time position with 20 hours per week, initially for a period of 2 years.

Job Description:


  • Individual and activating care and support for residents
  • Assistance for residents in everyday situations
  • Implementation of group and individual activities

Requirements:


  • Completed qualification as a care assistant
  • Practical experience in the field of residential care
  • Understanding of the needs of people with dementia
  • Enjoyment of working in a team and organizational skills
  • Outgoing personality
