WHAT GIVES YOU JOY:
As a commercial clerk for logistics and freight forwarding services (m/f/d), you organize transports and their permits. You advise and support customers, for example in choosing the appropriate transport and lifting equipment. Your tasks range from price calculation, to creating offers, to contract preparation. In addition, you monitor order processing and handle damage reports and customer complaints. You also prepare the accompanying documents for goods and create the billing-relevant documents for orders.
