Responsibilities at Geiger

  • Managing Geiger High and Civil Engineering and Geiger Network Construction, as well as leading the asphalt mixing plants, totaling approximately 370 employees
  • Further development of our company strategy and its operational implementation
  • Business development and expansion into new markets
  • Ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and economical operations
  • Leading sales activities and acquiring new customers
  • Negotiating contracts and calculating offer prices
  • Creating plans and forecasts, monitoring and analyzing deviations
  • Conducting company acquisitions and integrating them
  • Planning and implementing succession and generational change
