We are currently seeking employees for a permanent position with our client in Bunk Foss, WA.

We are looking for a motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Team Leader for Customer Support for Computer Hardware.


Responsibilities:


  • Managing a team of 15 to 20 employees both professionally and disciplinarily
  • Ensuring the smooth operation and strategic development of daily business within the agreedupon performance indicators (service level, availability, productivity)
  • Acting as the operational contact person for your client(s)
  • Ensuring the smooth running of daily operations
  • Being the point of contact for the team for any technical inquiries and process clarifications
  • Handling customer conversations with complex content
  • Preparing and conducting staff meetings and performance reviews
  • Creating the staff deployment plan
  • Monitoring forecast deviations per interval with explanations
  • Preparing qualified reports for the management
  • Organizing and conducting meetings and team briefings
