Job Summary:

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, salaried position in the auto industry. The salary will be commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers, answering any questions and directing them to the appropriate department.
Answer phone calls and transfer to the appropriate team member.
Respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Assist with customer inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Maintain a clean, organized reception area and cafe area.
Complete clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
Assist other departments as needed.

Requirements:

12 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Must be able to work fulltime hours including weekends.
