- Respond to customer inquiries and schedule appointments through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and online chat
- Assist customers with questions regarding vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service specials
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of appointments and customer satisfaction
- Utilize dealership tools and software to manage customer information and appointments
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their service experience
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the Service Manager
- Continuously stay informed about product and service offerings to provide accurate and uptodate information to customers
- Attend trainings and meetings as required by the dealership
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using dealership tools and software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple inquiries at once
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Envision Motors of Milpitas is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service BDC Representative to join our team.
As a Service BDC Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and appointments through various communication channels and ensuring a positive customer experience.
This is a full-time position in the auto industry, with a base salary plus commission structure. The role is located in Milpitas, California and reports to the Service Manager.Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $20 to $30 per hour, paid bi-monthly.
In addition to this base hourly, the Service BDC Representative will have the opportunity to earn commission based on performance.
Envision Motors of Milpitas also offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and 401(k) options.
