Job Summary:
Envision Motors of Milpitas is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service BDC Representative to join our team.

As a Service BDC Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and appointments through various communication channels and ensuring a positive customer experience.

This is a full-time position in the auto industry, with a base salary plus commission structure. The role is located in Milpitas, California and reports to the Service Manager.

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $20 to $30 per hour, paid bi-monthly.

In addition to this base hourly, the Service BDC Representative will have the opportunity to earn commission based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with questions regarding vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service specials
Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of appointments and customer satisfaction
Utilize dealership tools and software to manage customer information and appointments
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their service experience
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the Service Manager
Continuously stay informed about product and service offerings to provide accurate and uptodate information to customers
Attend trainings and meetings as required by the dealership

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in using dealership tools and software
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple inquiries at once
Experience with CRM software is a plus
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
