YOUR TASKS

  • We offer you an 18 to 24month trainee program and a permanent employment contract
  • You will get to know many different areas of the company, such as key account management, marketing, and product
  • You will build expertise and extensive knowledge about PAYBACK, loyalty programs, and CRM
  • You will take on specialist and project responsibility from day one
  • To further develop your strengths, you will receive constructive feedback from your colleagues
  • You will work together with other trainees on exciting and forwardthinking trainee projects
  • You will receive individual support and have the opportunity to network within the entire PAYBACK GROUP

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have an aboveaverage degree in business administration, (business) informatics, or a comparable field of study
  • You have professional experience through internships or an apprenticeship ideally in key account management or marketing
