Are you looking for a home office job and have a commercial education? Do you have optional experience in customer service and place a high value on a customer-oriented approach? Then start now as a customer service representative for technical support of medical devices (m/f/d) with a pay rate of 13.

The following tasks await you:

  • Processing customer inquiries through excellent customer support via phone and email
  • Recording and processing customer requests and complaints
  • Sales, promotion, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Scheduling appointments for field service employees
  • Conducting installation processes with end customers (Android and IOS)

What we expect:


  • High school diploma
  • Commercial education and experience in customer support desirable
