Talent Acquisition Partner
Talent Acquisition is a crucial function within the people organization of RS Group. The TA team is responsible for attracting, recruiting, and hiring top talent.

As a TA Partner, you will play a key role in managing recruitment processes and implementing the company's overall talent acquisition strategy:
Identify, Engage, Assess, Hire & Pre Onboard.


This position will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition for EMEA and will work in a hybrid manner, spending 2 days a week in the Frankfurt office.

It is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension.


The Role - Talent Acquisition and Partnership

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take a consultative approach with hiring managers to fully understand their hiring needs
  • Provide guidance on policies, processes, and approaches to support the business in making sound hiring decisions
  • Research, prepare, and customize role information, selection criteria, and advertising copy for each position
  • Build a talent pipeline and utilize multiple channels to source candidates
  • Report on key recruitment metrics, with a focus on improving time to hire, reducing cost to hire, and achieving favorable results
  • Manage all recruitment through our ATS to ensure accurate data practices

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Strong and recent experience in a 360 Talent Acquisition role
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt to an agile business model
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, including written and verbal
