Job Description Summary

Perform a variety of custodial tasks, including office and room cleaning. Reports to Environmental Services shift lead. Position located in Kennett square,m. PA. No public transportation available.


Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Keep floors, common spaces, restrooms and related areas clean. Completion of a daily assignment schedule to ensure that offices and common areas are cleaned on a routine basis.
  • Properly follow SOPs to ensure that tasks are completed as assigned and areas are maintained on a routine basis. Empty trash and clean hand areas on a weekly basis.
  • Contribute to a professional, safe and efficient campus environment. Follow Standard Operating Procedures and department guidelines to ensure operations continue efficiently.
  • Maintain laboratories, offices, public areas, rest rooms and related areas. Keep areas properly stocked with supplies. Do this in assigned spaces on a daily basis.
  • Report malfunctioning cleaning equipment and when supplies are needed to shift leads.

Qualifications:


  • High School Grad/GE Degree and 0 to 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
