The social and societal mission of Anderwerk is to integrate unemployed people from a subsidized employment measure into the primary labor market.

The goal of our social work is to stabilize and qualify our employees, who are considered disadvantaged and are currently difficult to place in the labor market for various reasons.

At our location in Feldkirchen, our main activities focus on recycling, automotive, and electronics.
