**What's the Mission**

Provide world-class technical support and training in a timely manner to our users and internal departments.

**What You'll be Doing**

Resolve 70 Tickets a Week - Our CSR's average 70 tickets a week that come through phone call, chat, and email. You'll work multiple tickets at the same time, and provide some out of this world service. You'll need to be patient as you help customers, need to manage your time, love working on computers, have high emotional intelligence, and be able to look for the good in any situation.

95% CSAT Score - We want to WOW our customers and we take the time to ask them how you did regarding 1) professionalism 2) product knowledge 3) ownership. We are looking for people have over 95% satisfaction scores, and that person kind of connection where a customer sends you their secret family recipe. (Spoiler: they use pineapple in that sauce)

**Superpowers**

Deliver Customer Value**.** Our customers should be saying, "Aw dip. That person I just talked to is off the charts good. I want to hire them or tell their manager that they deserves a raise"

Proactive Learning**.** Our software is ever changing, and you'll need stay on top of the latest and greatest adjustments. It's kind of like being obsessed with Oprah's book club and that feeling that you *have* to read the next one as soon as it comes out.
