    Client Sales Support Representative (Must Live in UT)
    $20.00 hr. to $25.00 hr. + Commissions up to $1000 per month

    Monday- Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Our practice specializes in a wide range of procedures, including breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, facelifts, tummy tucks, and liposuction.

    Our team is expanding and we're on the lookout for enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join us.

    This is an amazing full-time remote position where you can work from the comfort of your own home if you live in
    UTAH only .

    You will have the opportunity to connect with prospective clients and educate them on solutions to help them feel like the best version of themselves.

    Your main responsibility will be to qualify clients and convert them into consultations and appointments through intentional and caring education.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Handle incoming calls from new leads and actively engage in building strong relationships with them to drive sales.
    • Qualify leads by effectively assessing their needs and preferences, and schedule consultations for surgical patients and medical spa treatments.
    • Proactively make outbound calls to prospective patients who have expressed interest in our services, providing detailed information and addressing any inquiries they may have.
    • Utilize our state-of-the-art CRM platform (HubSpot) to manage and track patient pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximizing sales opportunities.
    • Collaborate with other motivated team members virtually, sharing insights and strategies to optimize sales performance.
    • Attend regular weekly sales meetings virtually to stay updated on sales targets, discuss tactics, and ensure alignment among the team.
    • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate the value of our services and drive sales growth.

    Skills and Experience Required:


    • Must live in Utah
    • Demonstrated track record of at least 1 year in consumer sales, showcasing proficiency and success in driving sales growth.
    • Self-motivated and autonomous individual who thrives in a sales-driven environment, consistently exceeding sales metrics and goals.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for building genuine connections and rapport with potential patients, fostering trust and loyalty.
    • Enthusiastic learner with a strong desire to acquire in-depth knowledge about all our services and products, enabling the delivery of expert education-based sales to our valued clients.
    • Proficient in utilizing Google Suite applications for efficient sales-related tasks, and experienced in effectively utilizing CRM systems to manage and track customer interactions and sales pipelines.
    • Reliable internet speed above 60 MBPS is essential to ensure uninterrupted communication and workflow.
    • Organized and efficient time management skills, allowing for effective prioritization and execution of sales-related activities, ensuring optimal productivity and results.
