Your tasks

Determination of the need for renewal of HVAC systems (with a focus on ventilation technology).
Planning of HVAC systems and coordination with third parties.
Review and approval of planning documents and performance specifications.
Coordination of the entire construction project, including coordination with all parties involved, acceptance and followup of defects, as well as investigation of construction restrictions before and during the construction project.
Monitoring and control of construction projects in terms of budget, costs, labor and environmental protection, etc.
Identification of measures for preventive maintenance.

Your profile

Completed degree in engineering for HVAC / technical building equipment with a specialization in ventilation and refrigeration technology or a comparable degree.
Experience in planning and/or construction management.
Extensive and uptodate technical knowledge, including knowledge of applicable regulations.
Initial experience with ventilation systems.
Experience with relevant planning software and Microsoft Office.
