- Creating an exceptional first impression on phone and in person to prospects
- Assist prospective residents by identifying their needs and help them find the perfect home
- Screening and approving qualified applicants in accordance with company policy, Fair Housing regulations and local laws; preparing leases and associated move-in documentation
- Preparing property for daily showings, including opening/closing offices and amenities
- Managing the new resident move-in process to ensure a smooth transition into the property
- Delivering the highest level of resident satisfaction through responsive, consistent, positive, and professional interactions
- Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, typing, and answering phones
- Prospect follow-up and lead management
- Inspect vacant units to ensure product quality prior to move-in
- Accurate input of information into property management software
- Maintain and update resident files
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Proficient in office 365 & Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Effective interpersonal communicator, both orally and written
- Active and engaging listening skills
- Problem solving ability
- Reliable, trainable, and initiative to learn
- Energy and passion for work being performed
- Compassion for others and willingness to offer help where needed
- Must have a valid driver's license
