- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of property funding sources.
- Manage administrative tasks such as rent collection and processing move-ins/move-outs in the Yardi System.
- Monitor vendor compliance with company policies and Federal, State, and Local guidelines.
- Handle work orders through the Yardi software system at each site.
- Facilitate resident interviewing and screening processes.
- Implement procedures related to eligibility, income evaluation, rent calculation, and utility allowances.
- Understand lease and grievance procedures.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in property management.
- Knowledge of HUD and Low Income Housing Tax Credit regulations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and enthusiastic about community transformation.
- Experience with Yardi software.
