- Supervising community activities when acting as the substitute manager and providing assistance in case of significant incidents.
- Meeting with potential residents to assess their needs and qualifications; showcasing model homes and/or apartments, discussing community amenities, insurance requirements, lease terms, and encouraging security deposit payments to facilitate leasing.
- Managing the leasing process by recording all leasing inquiries, property tours, follow-up communications, and resident service requests in Yardi and other site-specific reports.
- Assisting the manager with application verification, lease renewals, and insurance checks.
- Coordinating new resident move-ins, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring model homes and vacant units are well-maintained for viewing.
- Supporting the manager with property accounts, reports, administrative tasks, and communication.
- Traveling to assigned communities to work onsite.
- Contributing to Intellishop training events as required.
- Providing guidance to communities on required materials for coverage.
- Participating in relevant seminars to stay informed about Towne's policies and procedures.
- Engaging in ongoing education to improve leasing knowledge and skills.
- Attending trade events for networking and recruitment purposes.
