Description

Clint McLain is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and commitment. With a legacy spanning over a century, we are pioneers in our field, setting the bar high for others in the industry. This role entails mastering our client service procedures for our 2,000 strong client base, as well as nurturing new business relationships to expand our customer network through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading a small team through the same process, guiding and training them to excel. As you hone your skills within our structured systems, you will progress into the pivotal role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, with ample growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Service existing client base
Identify and pursue new business opportunities (B2B)
Oversee team performance and outcomes
Train and mentor new team members on established systems
Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM
Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines
Solid supervisory and leadership abilities
Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
Aptitude for thriving in fast-paced and occasionally stressful environments
Dedication to assisting others and fostering connections
Previous experience in sales or customer service
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Community-oriented individual
Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce proficiency preferred)

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
Clean background check and personal transportation are essential
Minimum 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement
