IT Technical Analyst

Direct Hire- Full Time

Wilsonville, OR

POSITION SUMMARY:

The IT Technical Analyst performs IT duties professionally, supporting company computer systems closely with IT management.
Dynamic individuals sought by client embody excellence in quality, trust, value, and service.
Ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with great communication and problem-solving skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Install and configure software as per specifications, optimize network performance.
Collaborate with IT team to develop new systems, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Train users on new operating systems, maintain repair records and schedules.
Ensure network and system security, provide first-line support during shifts.
Adhere to security measures, policies, and procedures to safeguard systems and data integrity.
Travel frequently to branch locations, provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
Maintain IT Knowledge Base documentation.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Ability to travel to client locations up to 50% monthly with provided lodging and meals.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, deep understanding of computer systems and networks.
Good knowledge of internet security, data privacy, and business information systems.
Collaborative mindset, strong user support, and communication skills.
Effective project management skills, resourceful, eager to learn and solve problems creatively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2+ years of experience in technical support/customer service roles.
Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience demonstrating ability to perform the duties.
