    Job Title: Adult Daycare Program Director

    Location: Golden Valley, MN

    Do you want to make a significant difference in the lives of our beloved seniors? Our respected client in Golden Valley, MN, is looking for a dynamic and caring Adult Daycare Program Director to lead our Spanish Adult Daycare Program. This is a full-time opportunity where you can positively impact the quality of life for our elderly community. Being fluent in Spanish is not just preferred but highly appreciated for this position.

    Responsibilities:

    • Program Development: Lead the creation and execution of innovative programs and activities customized to meet the varied needs and interests of our senior participants.
    • Staff Management: Offer effective guidance and direction to a committed team of caregivers, ensuring they follow best practices and maintain a supportive and caring atmosphere.
    • Client Engagement: Cultivate meaningful connections with program participants and their families, actively seeking feedback to consistently enhance our services and improve overall satisfaction.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and standards, ensuring strict compliance with state and federal guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.
    • Budget Oversight: Handle program finances responsibly, creating and sticking to budgets while identifying chances for cost savings and resource optimization.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree: Minimum requirement in a related field like Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, or Healthcare Administration. Advanced degree is a plus.
    • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated successful leadership in a similar environment, showing solid organizational and managerial skills.
    • Passion for Seniors: Authentic empathy and care for the elderly, along with a dedication to upholding their dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
    • Excellent Communication: Strong and clear communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of effectively engaging diverse audiences in Spanish and English.
    • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Resourceful and proactive in addressing challenges and implementing practical solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
