Since 2007, Infanterix has been operating multilingual daycares and kindergartens in Munich and the surrounding area, with currently 24 facilities.

We offer over 1350 childcare spots for children aged 6 months to school entry and employ around 350 staff members.

We are looking for a
Pedagogical Director (m/f/d) for our facility in
Stein, expected to start on March 30, 2023, in full-time.


Your responsibilities

  • Management of the entire team, including conducting employee meetings and creating an open work atmosphere
  • Taking over vacation and duty planning
  • Conducting parent meetings and organizing events, parent evenings, and open house days
  • Implementation of conceptual work
  • Organization of projects, excursions, and regular team meetings
  • Regular presence in the groups
