- Manipulate large data by utilizing advanced Excel skills
- Scrub and validate large amounts of investment transaction data for tax ramifications
- Analyze large data amounts flowing into the internal databases
- Identify, update, and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare annual 945 and 1042 IRS Filings
- Manage daily production of Corporate Trust transaction's tax ramifications
- Communicate findings
- Evaluate servicer performance to ensure compliance with stated agreements
- Interact with other departments as needed
- Research and interpret all controlling legal documents

Investment tax operations analyst - St Paul, United States - Randstad
Description
Do you have an educational background in accounting, business administration, mathematics, finance, or economics; along with a passion for domestic/international investments and an interest in learning about the tax ramifications? This role utilizes multiple systems, advanced Excel skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, along with a keen eye for detail. This is an excellent opportunity within a Global Fortune 500 company that could be the entry point for a long-lasting career in Accounting, Tax, Banking Operations, Analytics, Risk, or Compliance The training will be onsite. After training, you will be in the office 2 days a week. The candidate who exceeds expectations will have the opportunity to transition to a permanent employee Free parking is available when onsite.
salary: $25 - $27 per hour
