    Newmark is seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Director with a strong focus on Events and Content Strategy to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing Newmark's brand presence and engagement through the execution of strategic marketing initiatives, comprehensive event management, and compelling content creation. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to elevate our brand's narrative across various platforms.

    Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, focusing on events and content, that aligns with Newmark's business goals and brand identity.
    • Lead the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of all corporate events, including but not limited to seminars, conferences, client appreciation events, and virtual webinars.
    • Curate engaging and informative content for a variety of channels such as websites, social media, blogs and client touch programs to reinforce Newmark's market leadership.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and to leverage opportunities for cross-promotion and synergy.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and positioning.
    • Oversee the event and content marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.
    • Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing activities, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet KPIs.
    • Partner with the marketing leadership team, fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and professional growth.
    • Partner with Digital team to assist in other content strategy initiatives and campaigns as event demand ebbs and flows.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on event management and content strategy, preferably in the real estate sector or related industries.
    • Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
    • Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
    • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, while also being able to independently drive projects to completion.
    • Innovative and strategic thinker with a passion for real estate and building brand excellence.
