    As a Content Strategy Intern, you will support the team in coming up with unique content ideas for publication across online or digital platforms. You will stay abreast of advancements within digital ecosystems. You will be a researcher and curious about what brands are using content in a unique way. Asking questions such as, 'How are brands bending the rules of experience but leveraging collaboration, culture, conversation, and contextual mechanisms to make their content – more? And how might we inspire our clients to experiment with the same?'

    In your day-to-day, we look for you to:
    Be Creative, Strategic, and Build Ideas

    • Exercise creative and strategic thinking to identify and solve website problems
    • Be a student of fast culture-constantly auditing and keeping up with content, social media and experience design trends and disruptors
    • Collaborate with content and brand strategy teams to develop keyword strategies to establish optimization opportunities for metadata, on-page content, and structured data
    • Conduct keyword research, strategy assessments and competitive analyses related to SEO for our clients
    • Conduct content audits to assess the quality and types of existing client content, as well as content published by competitors
    • Help map and migrate existing client content to properly fit the redesigned site experience, always keeping the site visitors' needs and goals top-of-mind
    • Support the team in preparing materials and decks for client presentations and workshops

    Who you are:

    • A love of technology and culture, and desire to learn, as well as an interest in sharing your insights and knowledge with your teammates
    • A passion for building brand experiences and marketing websites that are global and localized
    • Eagerness to rapidly build expertise on new businesses and industry verticals
    • Embrace ambiguity and simplify complex problems

    Knowledgeable and skilled

    • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas
    • A creative writer of long- and short-form content
    • Ability to constructively participate as part of a project team
    • Desire to proactively seek constructive feedback
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills and be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
    • Experience using SEO-related tools including (but not limited to) Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, BrightEdge, Searchmetrics, SEMrush, and AHREFs
    • Experience with site analytics tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics

    This is a full-time paid internship for a period of 4 months with potential to get hired full-time.


    The applicable hourly rate for this role is $30/hr.


    The hourly rate offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.


    This internship is over-time eligible.
