Job Posting:
Director of "Wirbelwind" Daycare in Mint Hill, NC (m/f/d)

This position is available immediately and can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

Managing the daycare center on behalf of the organization and independently implementing legal goals and framework
Providing educational support to children based on the center's concept
Developing and continuously improving the educational concept of the center
Collaborating with parents and the organization as part of the management team
Managing personnel matters
Ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety, and fire safety regulations on site
Fulfilling the duty of care towards employees and children under the center's care

Requirements:

Completed training as a staterecognized educator with relevant leadership qualifications, or a degree in social pedagogy, education, or a related field
Subject to changes in job responsibilities
