Administrative Manager

Your responsibilities include coordinating, planning, and organizing the central administration in close collaboration with the management. You will make a valuable contribution to the company's development.


Specifically:

  • Personnel management, development, and organization
  • Controlling, including expanding it into a management and leadership tool
  • Calculation of rates for cost negotiations and participation in negotiations with cost carriers
  • Organization, including optimizing and managing all work and organizational processes in the administration, taking into account quality management
  • Interface management within the administration, with other departments, and external partners (e.g. cost carriers, authorities)

Your profile includes a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification. You have gained several years of professional experience in a leading commercial and broad-based position, including in the areas of human resources, cost and performance accounting, and balance sheet preparation.

Entrepreneurial, business, and analytical thinking are important components. In addition, you should have a confident demeanor with diplomatic skills and high social competence.
