    HVAC Sales Consultant- Sell On
    In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our brand through prospecting and driving revenue through key partnerships.

    The HVAC Sales Consultant with Tropic Supply is responsible for developing long-term relationships and driving sales growth for HVAC equipment and related supplies in their assigned territory.

    Executing our sales process to completion by developing and maintaining relationships and building trust with influencers and decision-makers within each customer's and prospect's business.

    Building relationships at multiple levels with potential clients via phone, email, social media and face-to-face meetings

    Continually develop sales skills and learn the products we sell to prescribe solutions based on the business needs of each contractor.

    Providing consultative account management, post-sales support, and consistent follow-up.

    Properly maintaining CRM activities to spend the most quality time with contractors and bring as much value to your interactions with them as possible.

    Working as a part of a sales unit in the marketplace, you will be expected to collaborate with Resource Center Leaders within your territory to ensure our RC Centers are providing the highest level of service to our customers and meeting all their needs.

    Full days of sales activities with a variety of HVAC contractors within their given territory.
    Thrive on creating their own sales opportunities from quality time spent learning about each contractor's business.

    They are effective time managers, experts at building trust and credibility with customers, and active listeners who uncover opportunities and roadblocks for which they can provide customized solutions.

    They are persuasive and adaptable and can IMPROV their sales presentations when necessary.

    My name is Bobby Burnett, and I am the Director of Sales for North Florida at Tropic Supply, where I specialize in training, empowering, and supporting our northern outside sales team.

    One of my favorite parts of my job is brainstorming with sales consultants the potential solutions that we can offer to customers to grow our business.

    Dental and Vision Plans
    3-5 years of a demonstrable track record of success in a B2B sales role, ideally with career progression.
    Sales experience with contractors in the construction industry.
    Experience building strong client relationships.
    Knowledge of target market, including both prospective client and geography.
    Demonstrable experience using a CRM platform for business, a plus.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    Must have market-related knowledge and sales experience.
    HVAC industry experience a plus, but not necessary.
