Annual Service Agreements Agent - Orlando, FL

If you are looking for a company to grow with and be rewarded for success look no further. We are currently looking to add to our existing dynamic Annual Service Agreements sales team. Our Annual Service Agreements Agents enjoy a healthy earning potential while truly making a difference with our customers. At Acorn Stairlifts we are committed to your success with our paid training program and continued cultivating workshops.

As an Annual Service Agreements Agent, you will be:

Contact assigned customers and maintains follow-up to present the benefits of Acorns Annual Service Agreements
Record brief notes of every customer contact
Record the disposition of each client
Record the purchase of annual service agreements in the client's file.
Record the payment received in the client file, ensure a zero balance.
Collects credit card or check payment via phone
Discloses plan limitations accordingly
Creates support tickets when service is required
Achieve sales goals and maintain KPI's as directed by management
Observes all health/safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.
Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
