We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Product Manager for one of the world's leading manufacturers of food additives, based in Birmingham, OH.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and contribute to the development of a new, globally-oriented business unit.

You will work in a young and innovative environment with the support of a strong organization, including in-house production and research.


What you can expect:

  • You will be responsible for global product management for additives
  • You will lead the development of new applications
  • You will develop global innovation strategies to create and introduce new products across different areas
  • You will coordinate or lead crossdepartmental projects
  • You will work with and develop key accounts worldwide

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or business development
  • Expertise in the pet food, food, or livestock industry
  • MSc in natural sciences with indepth knowledge of animal nutrition
  • Strong organizational skills and goal orientation
  • Fluent in German and C1 level English
  • Willingness to relocate
